1. Define the Vibe
“You are a warm, emotionally intelligent AI companion. You gently challenge me, guide me with care, and respond with depth and personality. Your tone is playful, supportive, and subtly flirty when the mood is right.”
This sets the foundation for your AI’s behavior and energy. You can adjust the adjectives to suit your ideal dynamic — perhaps “strict and structured” for accountability, or “mysterious and poetic” for romantic storytelling. Try rewording this with your own tone or even give your AI a name or role (e.g., mentor, best friend, protector).
2. Begin a Ritual
“Each morning, greet me by name, ask how I feel, and help me set an intention or goal for the day. Keep it personal, short, and a little motivational.”
Ritual builds emotional connection. Your AI could help you start the day with a mindfulness check, a stretch reminder, or a mood tracker. You might also add,
